Daddy Is a Legend, owned by Jim and Susan Hill, had her first foal Friday morning on the 20th. A colt by Hill’n’Dale’s Curlin.
Jim and Susan purchased this mare as a yearling in the Keeneland September Yearling Sale in 2016. She was trained by George Weaver and went on to win the G3 Jimmy Durante Stakes and the G3 Lake George Stakes. She retired from racing in 2022 and joined the broodmare program at the farm.
Both the mare and colt are doing very well. We are very excited to watch him grow up here at the farm.
