Margaux Farm Freshening Graduate Wins Again
It was an exciting win for Awesome Song in the eighth race at Gulfstream Park on Thursday. After breaking from post 12, she was able to get up in the final strides to win by a neck under Joel Rosario.
Owners Jim and Susan Hill are very pleased with this mare and the progress that she has made. Awesome Song was recently enrolled in the training and layup program at Margaux Farm, where she was freshened, trained and brought back to top racing condition before shipping to trainer Brian Lynch at Palm Meadows in January.
