Making his third start of 2018 for new trainer Kelly Rubley, the venerable gelding overcame a bobble at the break to circle the field and record his sixth lifetime win in the G3 Arlington Handicap. Winless since capturing the Woodford Turf Reserve Stakes (G1) for the second year in a row last year, Divisidero was a close second in his first start of the season in the G2 Monmouth S.
The win pushed his earnings over $1.3 million, and it is reported that he will be targeting either the Arlington Million (G1) or the Fourstardave Handicap (G1) for his next start.
