Violencia made her debut a winning one, turning back the heavily favored Chad Brown trainee Palomita and pulling away in the stretch to win by over 7 lengths. By Violence, the filly was purchased for $100,000 out of the 2017 Keeneland September Sale and was named a TDN Rising Star for her performance. Racing for owners Rick Howard, Kent Donworth and Rags Racing, and trained by Rodolphe Brisset, Violencia is expected to be seen next during the Keeneland spring meet in April.
