Delightful Joy enjoyed a 3 1/2 length victory in her first start at Gulfstream Park on Feb. 8. The 3-year-old chestnut filly by Tapit was victorious in a maiden special weight going a mile on the dirt for trainer Chad Brown.
Owned by Bradley Thoroughbreds, LLC, Delightful Joy was bred by Besilu Stables, LLC and purchased at the OBS April sale for $105,000.
