Closing from last with a powerful late move, Divisidero got up to defeat favored Beach Patrol by half a length to capture back to back editions of the Grade 1 Woodford Reserve Turf Stakes on May 6 at Churchill Downs.
Returning to the scene of his biggest victory, Divisidero remains undefeated over the Churchill turf course, having also won the 2015 American Turf Stakes (G2).
In thirteen career starts, starting, training and freshening grad Divisidero has hit the board ten times, with career earnings now in excess of one million dollars.
