Margaux layup and training grad Mo Forza, passed his toughest assignment to date with flying colors on the Breeders’ Cup Saturday undercard. Coming into the G2 Twilight Derby off a maiden special weight victory on September 29th, Mo Forza stalked the pace keenly in second before taking the lead mid-stretch and pulling away to win by a length and three quarters. Sent off at 19-1 and ridden by Joel Rosario for trainer Peter Miller, Mo Forza is owned by breeder Bardy Farm and OG Boss. He pushed his lifetime earnings to $199,460 and has a career record of 7-2-3-1.
